Mathew 7:9-11 “Which of you, if your son asks for bread, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a snake? If you, then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask him!
One of the primary roles of a father is to provide. 1 Timothy 5:8 states that “ But if anyone does not provide for his own, and especially for those of his household, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.’’
A father’s greatest joy is to see that his family’s needs are met. Our Lord is no different. In fact, He is the most perfect father, always desiring the best for us. His thoughts, plans & desires towards us are the best. Jeremiah 29:11
James says we don’t have because we don’t ask. Stop crying and ask, you are His beloved!!!. Isaiah 43:1 – “Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; You are Mine.
All that is the Lord’s is Christ’s, and all that is Christ’s is mine and yours. We are co-heirs with Christ Jesus.
Psalms 2:8 Ask of Me, and I will give You the nations for Your inheritance, and the ends of the earth for Your possession.
Mathew 7:7-8 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened..
He is too faithful to fail us; He is too loving to leave us.
Beloved Child of God, JUST OPEN YOUR MOUTH AND ASK.
Prayer
Heavenly Father,
Thank You for loving me as Your child. Help me to trust You and to come boldly to You in prayer. Knowing You desire good things for me, guide my heart to seek Your will each day.
