Knowing the heart of God takes us an extra mile of what God is saying about us. King David at one moment ran short of God’s glory but he turned around back to God. David was after God’s own heart since he sought the will of God. He ensured that he does that what the Lord wanted.The lord wants us to move towards his heart, to seek his will in all the decisions we make. The more we spend time in the presence of the Lord, the more we come to understand his will and put a close ear on what he’s saying. When you pray, God gives you ideas and we should go ahead and ask God if its in his will. When you ask God his will, you’ll feel relieved and get that rest from him. “The will of God is smart and makes us rest”.
The will of God is fought. Be it whatever business you doing, career and education etc ,his will is fought for.( Fight the good fight of faith). Because the peace of God, which surpasses all understating, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus ( Philippians 4:7).
The will of God doesn’t give us turbulence but we should get the opposite of turbulence. Many times we want to pass the will of God yet the will of God requires patience but us Christians don’t want to wait on the lord’s( Watch and pray the Bible says) Let us seek the heart of God and seeking his heart should done by praying. Romans 8:27, And he who searches hearts knows what is the mind of the spirit, because the spirit intercedes for the saints according to the will of God.
God wills that we move according to his heart but many times we want our way. We ought to pour our hearts more to God and we ought to learn to live inside of us and God will lead us to the right direction.
